* Slow framerate/performance or screen freezing up (Canada Hunt)- click on 'control panel' while in the main menu. The control panel options allow you to customize graphics settings. The Canada Hunt documentation will explain all of the options and settings in detail.

* Unable to successfully install Swamp Hunt or Hooks & Horns- you must check the box stating you agree with the license agreement or installation will not complete. If you are still having problems, attempt to load the game on another computer. If installtion fails on two or greater different computers please contact PSR Outdoors technical support.

* Virtual Memory error- click on the Swamp Hunt or Hooks & Horns box and refer to the instructions on how to increase your computer's virtual memory.

* Difficulty calling in gobblers/Hooks & Horns- check the skill level you have selected in 'Hunter Profile'. Moderate and Difficult skill levels require far more patience and technique to call gobblers into view!

* Sound Recognition not working- make sure that you have; (1) enable sound recognition (refer to specific instructions) (2) connected a working microphone properly to your computer. Refer to specific instructions on how to test your microphone. Windows XP or Vista is required to use sound recognition.

* Difficulty selecting area to hunt from map/Swamp Hunt- the hunting area map has six different stand sites which can be hunted from. From the air they appear to be shooting house style 'boxes' that have camo patterns on the sides. Review the map carefully to locate these blinds. The positions will not change so after you have learned their locations you should be ready to hunt!
